Bitumen Waterproof Application PP Silicone Coated Release Liner

It is PP release film, as PP film carrier and coated one side or two side solvent silicon, use thermal or UV curing, make it easy to peel off from adhesive products when construction.

It is high temperature resistance, 130-160 degrees, higher than PE films. It is widely use as release material for self-adhesive waterproofing membranes, butyl tapes and other self-adhesive products.

We also can do HDPE, LDPE, PET release film.

Features:

► High temperature resistance, up to 180℃
► Easy peel off when remove the release film
► High residual adhesiveness rate(≥80%) to prevent the influence of silicon transfer on products
► Make products' surface more flat

1.What's the payment terms and trade terms for new customers?
Payment terms:30% T/T desposit payment in advance, balance 70% before shipment or against copy of B/L. L/C are acceptable.

2. Are you factory or trading company?
We are a manufacturers with two production plants in Jiangsu and Hunan.

3. What about the lead time?
Within 2 weeks, if the order quantity is large, the time will be more than 20 days.
